On this windy day, I decided to go with my friend to Eaton Center down town. For people who doesn’t know, it’s Victoria Day today. All the malls around my area except for Pacific Mall and Eaton Centre. Most Chinese stores are open. I was actually surprised that Eaton Centre is open on a holiday.
