Well, my day before Comiket is very typical. All I did is just going to Akihabara and buy some anime goods. I’m so excited about going tomorrow to Comiket. I want to buy some doujinshi and some goods. It seems normal for a guy like me in tokyo and going to Akihabara to buy goods because I’ve been holding back for a couple of days. Adun tells me to spend more. I will, at Comiket…

Well, on the monorail… I see outside and there are a ton of people. Wow, Japan sure have a ton of people. Eveywhere I go, I see so many people. Even at the places near my hotel in Daiba, there are just a ton of people. Well, taking a monorail takes time to line up for tickets if you don’t have one of those rail cards. The line here in Daiba gets really long after a while.

I saw this poster of something in the station when transferring to the JR Shimbashi line. Well, it looks cool. I wonder when it is coming out…

Waiting for the train to Akihabara in this hot weather… It’s really hot in the morning…

My friend and I arrives in Akihabara three stops later… Ah, feels good being in Akihabara and I feel bad as well that my trip is ending on Monday.

Even though it’s the morning, there is a lot of people… I want to go all out to buy all the anime goods I want. I kind of went crazy today as I held back from buying anything for the trip. I basically went and spent $800 on anime goods… I got yelled at later about buying too much…
Still, it was worth it since anime goods here are cheaper then goods back home. I got some many goods…

With many goods comes with the issue of how to get all the goods back home. I decide to ship them all back to Canada. It was a good thing that the hotel had a post office since I had around 10 large bags filled with goods. If I had to go to the post office somewhere else, I would be screwed so bad since I can barely hold 4 bags filled with anime goods. Mt friend also bought a ton of stuff and we both had to go downstairs with the goods and our goods home. My mom helped bringing the goods downstairs. We basically made two trip since there are some much stuff to carry down.

I had to ship all my figures back home. I bought a lot of figures and bought some hard to get one. The one I wasn’t able to find is Revy from Black Lagoon. Damn, it is sure rare even at Akihabara… I still need to get the Shuraki figures but I kept forgetting and besides, the boxes are just huge. I’ll at least get one or two before I leave. For sure I’ll get Shuraki #2. Well, the picture above is just one big box of figures… there are more…

Well, this is the top of the box. As you can see, I put a lot of stuff in it and my mother put in here clothes that she bought…

Here is the second box. I packed Yuki in it that Adun got me. I thank him for Yuki!!!!!!

Well, the last two boxes. In total it took 4 boxes to ship all my goodies back to Canada… I think I over did it for one day. I was like wow, I was able to spend this much… I still have CDs here beside me currently. I think I bought at least 10,000 yen worth of CD’s. If you don’t know how much 10,000 yen is, it’s basically $100 USD. Well, I still have more goods with me… Looks like I have to write my goods post until it all arrives in Canada… It was expensive shipping…so it can get to where I want faster…

Well, after mailing and eating something. My friend and I headed back to Akihabara once again.

Night time there in Akihabara when we got there. There are some maids handing out some ads that tells people about their maid cafe or something.

The night life in Akihabara is just like the day life of Akihabara. A lot of otakus buying goods. Well, I try to take it all in due to the fact it might be the last day I could ever go to Akihabara again. It might but not sure…

There are still people on the streets…

A lot of people on the streets walking store to store… We basically went to a few stores and I bought more doujinshi and manga even though I’m going to Comiket tomorrow…

This might be the last time I go to Akihabara… I want to stay longer!!!!!!! There is just too much stuff to do in 5 days… Well, Comiket is tomorrow, so I have to get some rest before I go super early in the morning. I hope to arrive there before 5am or so… I hope to buy a lot of goods there in Comiket…

I’ll try to provide some coverage of Comiket for you all to read. I might see Ron~ or Adun there and I might see Windbell on day three. Well got to go to get some sleep.
