Was It Worth It…Yes…

I stayed up all night just waiting till 6AM and heading out with a friend to get a game. Well, looking at the picture above you can already guess what it is. To me was it worth waiting up all night just to go to a local Walmart to buy a game which is sold out everywhere else I know, I say yes it was. I bought Guitar Hero World Tour band kit version which cost me around $200 for it. Good thing I drove to Walmart. Think of lugging this giant box home, it’ll be a huge pain.

It’s just a big box and it’s kind of heavy…good thing I drove the car to buy this or I’ll be in a bit of a mess…

Konata can’t wait to play to. I just need to get a guitar in her size…I wonder if Yuki would “lend” Konata her guitar…

Well, inside this band kit is the wireless guitar, the game, the drums and mic. The size of this kit is due to the drums. It comes in many pieces. It was easy to put the drums together. The problem is the storage of the drums. The guitar is easy and the mic as well, but the huge drums does pose a problem currently for me. Also the guitar and drums are wireless controllers. Which is cool. The mic uses a USB. I did try all three and they are pretty responsive. If you plan to buy this band kit of Guitar Hero World Tour, I say make sure you have the space to store it first. Either then that, it’s a great game and great kit!!!

On the side not. Many of you say you want to see this mystery figure. Well, I won’t tell you yet but I will release the shoot really soon. For sure before Halloween. Well, now I’m off playing more Guitar Hero WT!!!

This reminds me of when my family and I got up extremely early last year on Black Friday and drove to the nearest electronics store. I think it was either Best Buy or Fry’s…

Guitar Hero is one awesome game. I happen to be completely bogus at it though. ^^”

    Do you live near Walmart?

Sweet! I can imagine how hard it would be lug that thing home without a car. I knew someone who had to carry the Rock Band box from school to his house, but I think that one was a a bit smaller.

I wanna see a video of u jamming with Konata. ^^
As much as I like playing the drums, I’m not getting it due to the fact, no one will be in my band. T_T

Wah world tour, I want to play too!!!!

One question thoughHow does the drum pedal stay in place? Is it heavy enough?

Or does it move around as you step on it?

    Kel: I don’t live near a Walmart. It’s a 15 minute drive from my place to one…

Coco The Bean: Don’t remind me…I had to once carry the Guitar Hero 3 bundle home by bus…not the best sight…

Optic: I might make one in the future…

James: There are great songs in the game. I have to unlock them…

Fumika: It’s okay, the pedal is just placed on the floor… It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t move and light enough to lift with one hand…

Saku: Awesome but my wallet feels too light…

I want to buy this for my boyfriend for Christmas, if I can afford it. I enjoy a bit of Guitar Hero on Easy Mode myself, but thats about it. If you think that’s bad you should see me attempt DDR. I lack that sort of coordination apparantly.

Nice buy. I played Guitar Freaks/Drum Mania, but I haven’t spent much time on the American rhythm games yet. Either way, though, we’ve got to play online whenever I pick this one up :P

Blowfish: Well, over here, all 3 next gen versions came out at once or on the same day…

Lovelyduckie: I have a music game that is even harder then Guitar Hero. It’s called DJ Max Portable for the PSP. You have to push buttons so fast…it’s crazy.

Enternal: It’s a good game…since I live in North America (Canada), I’m pretty much exposed to rock. Even though I love Jpop and JRock. I still do listen to my english songs from time to time…
