<p><span style="color: #888888;">Finally finished organizing my loot from this years trip to Japan. Took a long time to organize and take pictures. Around 9 to 10 hours to organize and take photos as it was pretty messy and everything was all over the place. I do admit I did buy a lot this year but not as much as last year. My budget isn&#8217;t as big as last year as well due to me moving and I have to pay part of the house as well. Still, I did buy quite a bit but most of my shopping came from Comiket where I spent the most money during those long 3 days!!! Well everyone, here&#8217;s my Japan Loot 2010 report!!! Enjoy!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Figures:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I do admit it&#8217;s not as much as last year but it&#8217;s still a good amount of figures I came home with. Most of these figures were pretty much last minute figures I bought in Tokyo. Mainly what I saw is what I bought. There are still a ton of figures I really want but I just couldn&#8217;t get them all. At least I got the 2 Alter figures that I&#8217;ve been wanting for a long time and I missed out on the pre-orders of them. I finally have the current figures of the Nanoha series by Alter that is out now thanks to the trip to Japan. At least I got some figures to do a photo shoot with. This reminds me that I have to go out to get a new tripod and finish making my new setup for my figure photo shoots&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7825 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466432/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4153/4956466432_ce4acff58d.jpg" alt="IMG_7825 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>

</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>CDs:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a bit of CDs this year. I do admit going to Tower Records and HMV a lot of times this year. Bought a couple of CDs. I did notice after my trip that I did buy a good amount of Vocaloid CDs and also Jrock/ Jpop CDs as well. The anime section I feel is a bit lacking but I was lucky enough to be in Japan the same time as the release of the No Thank You! single of K-On!! I got it when it came out and was lucky enough to get the first print edition!!! Still, overall, it&#8217;s a lot of CDs I bought this year in Japan!!!<br />

<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Manga:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Didn&#8217;t go all out crazy on manga this year. Mainly cause there weren&#8217;t any good manga that I wanted. The only manga I wanted but forgot to get was Magical Girl Vivo which I completely forgot till the last day. I really wanted a copy of the manga too. Oh well, at least I came home happy with the manga I got&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7833 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466486/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4126/4956466486_a65687f161.jpg" alt="IMG_7833 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Amount of Manga: 11</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 8250yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Model Kits:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Didn&#8217;t go for the big stuff this year. Not much I really wanted and I already have a ton of model kits just waiting to be built. So I had to scale down on the model kits this year but came home with some nice ones. I would had loved to bring home a MG or PG model kits but I didn&#8217;t due to the fact that some I wanted I was afraid it won&#8217;t fit in the box that I have to ship my loot in. Still, been wanting to get a Stark Jegan for a while though&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7837 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955874691/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4145/4955874691_344e778bcf.jpg" alt="IMG_7837 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">HG Gundam 00 Qan[T]: 1200yen</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 4200yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Doujinshi:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a lot of doujinshi this year. Most of them came mainly from Comiket but did buy some at Melonbooks and other stores in Akihabara. All together, they were pretty damn heavy too. I think I lugged around at least half of them at Comiket. They weren&#8217;t light at all I say!!! I also have extra copies of some doujins I plan to sell later. I&#8217;ll post something up on the blog later about selling stuff. Also not doing an individual price count due to the fact that I forgot how much some of them did cost. I still remember the total thanks to my handy note book I had with me during my trip. When in Japan, I usually aim for the circles I want and when I got them all, I aim for the series. The circles I usually go for are C-Clays, LightRight, Huke, Vocaloid Visual Works, Red Juice, T2, Plum, Sway Wind and Midnight Dessert. After I got all those doujins or their newest issue, I aim for series that I like or current popular series. All depends what I see at Comiket.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7841 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466656/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4102/4956466656_137d027ea8.jpg" alt="IMG_7841 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Yes, I have 3 Red juice doujins, 2 Huke&#8217;s new doujin and 2 Vocaloid Visual Works doujins. I might sell one of the Red Juice ones soon.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7851 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466730/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4087/4956466730_4f6ec26614.jpg" alt="IMG_7851 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7852 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955874913/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4113/4955874913_f8e0a7984b.jpg" alt="IMG_7852 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Amount of Doujinshi: 108</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 43700yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Magazines, Art Books and Books:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a few magazines and books during this trip. My favorite magazine I have to say the Megumi one due to the fact that it came with the BRS OVA. My favorite art book would be the Comiket 78 Nanoha art book. My favorite book I bought would be a tie between my Keep the Beats Band Score (Finally can learn how to play My Soul Your Beats! on my guitar) and the big pink Girls Dead Monster Book. All of these books together weigh a ton and were pretty heavy in the end.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7858 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955874991/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4121/4955874991_a84c71f89d.jpg" alt="IMG_7858 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Amount of Magazines, Art Books, and Books: 23</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 32600yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Dakimakura, T-shirts, and Towels:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Well, I did buy clothes this trip and I could say I did spend a good 40000yen during my trip to Harajuku and Shibuya. Still, I like to put anime/ otaku related stuff up on my loot post (Besides, my clothes I bought are in the closet currently and don&#8217;t feel like digging through it). All these are from special events during my trip to Japan. The Nanoha goods and Miku goods are from Comiket 78, the Girls Dead Monster stuff are from the GDM&#8217;s concert and the rest are from Akihabara Matsuri.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7868 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955875139/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4107/4955875139_28f5548827.jpg" alt="IMG_7868 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 78 Fate Dakimakura: 10000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 78 Nanoha Dakimakura: 10000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 78 Fate T-shirt: 3500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 78 Nanoha T-shirt: 3500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 78 Sega Project Diva 2 Miku: 3000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Girls Dead Monster Concert T-shirt: 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Girls Dead Monster Concert Towel: 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Visual Art Key Special Event T-shirt: Came in a set that cost 4000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Visual Art Key Special Event Kanade T-shirt: 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Amount of Dakimakura, T-shirts, and Towels: 9</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Costs: 39500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Wallscrolls and Posters:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">The wallscrolls I bought this year weren&#8217;t cheap I say. Still, they are worth it!!! The size of these wallscrolls are around 6feet. I can say for sure that these wallscrolls are taller then me. Also bought some nice posters to hang up. Now the main problem&#8230;where to hang it.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Original" title="IMG_7871 [whitebgvertical]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956467898/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4148/4956467898_8c23ba708b_o.jpg" alt="IMG_7871 [whitebgvertical]" width="500" height="750" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I say the star of my loot!!! I know for a fact this is really hard to get and I paid a lot for it too!!! It&#8217;s around 6feet tall. As tall as my C-Clays wallscrolls. The main problem is, where to hang this one up&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7874 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955875231/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4106/4955875231_fcc805e851.jpg" alt="IMG_7874 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Speaking of C-Clays wallscrolls. I bought 3 of those wallscrolls. Bought the Remillia Scarlet one at Comiket 78. Also got a wallscroll from the special Key event at Gamers when I was in Tokyo.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Clock:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Won this at a UFO catcher in an arcade near my hotel in Daiba. This clock had been avoiding me throughout this trip to Japan. I had been trying to get this in different arcades in Tokyo and finally got it in an arcade in Daiba. Finally got it and it&#8217;s also a Hideyoshi clock too!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7861 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466922/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4074/4956466922_33f8448821.jpg" alt="IMG_7861 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Bags:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">When going to Comiket, you come home with bags from doujin circles or from the corporate booths as they give it out when you buy something or a set. I came home with quite a bit of bags this year&#8230; Sadly no prices for them due to the fact they came in a set or when I bought something, they gave me a bag.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7904 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955875631/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4133/4955875631_4a125fe510.jpg" alt="IMG_7904 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>

</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Games:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I actually bought 2 games this year. I couldn&#8217;t find my Project Diva 2 box (still can&#8217;t find it) when I was taking photos. What makes this copy of Touhou 12.8 special is that Touhou Project&#8217;s creator ZUN was handing out Touhou 12.8 games at Comiket. Something that I didn&#8217;t expect at all!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7923 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955875841/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4109/4955875841_ca8da45326.jpg" alt="IMG_7923 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">PSP Project Diva 2nd: 4500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Touhou 12.8: 1000yen<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Amount of Games: 2</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 5500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Camera:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">My Rebel T1i died on my on the trip when I was in Hong Kong (Actually, it&#8217;s been acting up for a long time, but during the trip, it gave up and won&#8217;t take photos anymore). Lucky for me, I had a good amount of money going into this trip, so I went out and bought a new one in Mong Kok as I really need one. Pretty much my main camera is my DSLR and with my T1i dead, I couldn&#8217;t do anything about it. So I went out and looked at many stores to get a new one. I&#8217;ve been eying the Canon 7D for quite some time. 2 days before I left for Tokyo, I got myself the Canon 7D. It wasn&#8217;t cheap but it was cheaper then back home by a lot. A lot meaning half of the total cost. It hurt the budget a bit but I needed this for the rest of the trip, so I had to get a new one. Once I bought my new 7D, I&#8217;ve been using my 7D ever since. I have to say, my cosplay photos at Comiket turning out great!!! Now I just need to improve on my camera skills a lot more.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7864 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956466954/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4140/4956466954_7b88af5186.jpg" alt="IMG_7864 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: $1100CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Iphone Cases:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Couldn&#8217;t help but get one for my Iphone. My old one was cracking and I couldn&#8217;t help but get something I like. Originally, I wanted a Youmu one but they sold out of it. So I decided to get Aya Iphone case instead. It&#8217;s an awesome case as I&#8217;m currently using it right now.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_6710 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955874417/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4129/4955874417_379e7bc55f.jpg" alt="IMG_6710 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 3000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Random Stuff:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">A lot of random stuff I either got free or it came with something I bought.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7942 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955875987/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4154/4955875987_5c1250fb59.jpg" alt="IMG_7942 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_7934 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4956467772/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4144/4956467772_1d7680b92d.jpg" alt="IMG_7934 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got official Black Rock Shooter cellphone straps!!! These were hard to find and for a good price. I checked a couple of places and found it in those rental box places in Radio Kaikan in Akihabara for 3000yen for both. Mandarake sold them for a good 8000yen for both.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a title="IMG_6704 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955874131/"><img style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4096/4955874131_4218cf8f86.jpg" alt="IMG_6704 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I did start Weiss Schwarz thanks to RoboStrike and my curiosity about these anime card playing games. Still, it&#8217;s a great set!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 18600yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>The Guitar:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">When visiting Ochanomizu during my trip to Japan, I couldn&#8217;t help but to get myself a guitar since my friend was getting one too. I got the Fender 69 Mustang Red. It&#8217;s the exact some color and model as Azusa&#8217;s guitar in K-On!!. My guitar I have is a 65 Mustang. This 69 Mustang is a lot lighter and looks more like Azusa&#8217;s guitar from K-On!! Good thing it came home safe!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Original" title="IMG_7919 [whitebgvertical]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4955876125/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4144/4955876125_3cd20206b8_o.jpg" alt="IMG_7919 [whitebgvertical]" width="500" height="750" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 74500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Shipping Cost of Loot: 140000yen</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Total Cost of entire loot (Without Shipping): 530000yen</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>With Shipping Total Cost: 670000yen</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Well, that&#8217;s my loot from this years Japan trip. As you can see I didn&#8217;t spend as much as last year but I still spent quite a lot in Japan this year. Went over the original budget by 70000yen. I still regret not getting some stuff but I came home pretty satisfied on what I got this year. I thought originally I would have a loot that is a lot smaller. I came home with a pretty big loot this year. I had around a good 12 boxes coming home which is not that bad, not as much as last year but still pretty good!!! All that&#8217;s left is to clean up my room and hang up my new posters and wallscrolls as well!!! Also have to put in the new figures into my shelves.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Shipping wasn&#8217;t as bad as last year. Less then half I say cost wise. I had a lot of heavy boxes due to my doujins I bought!!! Shipping still cost me a good 140000yen which is a lot of money considering it was 12 boxes. I always go by EMS due to the fact that they are the fastest and will be at my house pretty soon.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">This isn&#8217;t my biggest loot I&#8217;ve ever got but it&#8217;s up there. I do say this loot has the most variety, being that there&#8217;s anime, manga, doujins, Jrock, Jpop, a Guitar and so on. I tried on this trip not to spend a ton due to the fact that I don&#8217;t have that kind of budget this year. This trip was kind of a last minute thing but it was worth going again!!! Next year I hope to go there and go out of control and bring a loot bigger than my last years loot!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Next year I will be going to Comiket 80 as I promised a couple of my friends!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Now time to go play my new guitar!!!<br />

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Boxing Day is that time of year where I go shopping as a ton of things go on sale. It&#8217;s also that time of year where sales happen everywhere at malls and such. I noticed that this time of year is where every mall in the Toronto area is packed with people shopping and buying things that are on sale. Like most people, I to shop like mad since everything is a great deal. Since it was a day of shopping and boxing day, it means I have to do this extra. So a few friends of mine and I woke up (in my case, I didn&#8217;t sleep) at around 5am and drove to downtown Eaton Centre as that place has the most things to buy. What&#8217;s different in going early is that the streets at 5am to 6am, the streets and highway was pretty empty, which is a good thing.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1740 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221574486/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4041/4221574486_0a59ccea45.jpg" alt="IMG_1740 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Arrived at Eaton Centre&#8217;s parking loot at around 6AM. The good thing about going early is that there is a lot of parking unlike if I came at around when most people come which means parking is hard to come by.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1743 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220813121/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4014/4220813121_1feb42decb.jpg" alt="IMG_1743 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">At 6AM, there was already a ton of people at Best Buy which opens at 6AM on boxing day.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1744 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220813317/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4060/4220813317_7fc58986d9.jpg" alt="IMG_1744 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Most people here tend to buy game systems that were on sale or TVs. Here is where I bought my memory cards, a few games and a few DVDs as I had no need for game systems or a TV.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1747 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221575026/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2754/4221575026_7828c079cf.jpg" alt="IMG_1747 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">At around 7AM, I finished shopping at Best Buy, on to the next electronic store, Future Shop which opens at the same time. It was raining at the time and the sky was still dark.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1750 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220813809/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4029/4220813809_0e7411ed91.jpg" alt="IMG_1750 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">There were people shopping and police looking out for shoplifters and thieves, as in boxing day, they are common. Bought a few games here and my lens and external flash.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1751 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220813875/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2658/4220813875_cb3257f75f.jpg" alt="IMG_1751 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Heading to HMV afterwards&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1753 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220814061/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4023/4220814061_3285326de1.jpg" alt="IMG_1753 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Sky getting brighter&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1756 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220814239/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2690/4220814239_dab825cf79.jpg" alt="IMG_1756 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Barely no one in the mall&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1758 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220814377/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4063/4220814377_f37f93d311.jpg" alt="IMG_1758 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">HMV&#8230;after I went in. They had a door crasher sale where Xbox 360 or PS3 versions of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on sale for $30 but limited supply. I didn&#8217;t need it as I already have it. After spending 30 mins at HMV, we went walking around the mall.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1760 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221575892/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2572/4221575892_bd753064e0.jpg" alt="IMG_1760 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">There were more people appearing in the mall&#8230;<br />
</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Surprisingly, there wasn&#8217;t a lot of people eating there. Usually, on boxing day, there were a ton of people eating at around the same time and it&#8217;s hard to find seats to sit and eat lunch. Good thing AMC had a ton of seats.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1901 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221586492/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2507/4221586492_eee5fe2c73.jpg" alt="IMG_1901 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">We went back to Eaton&#8217;s after lunch&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1902 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221586526/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2746/4221586526_65ef47ee7d.jpg" alt="IMG_1902 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Some more game shopping&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1906 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221586874/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4010/4221586874_48f57f38ba.jpg" alt="IMG_1906 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">A ton of people&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1916 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220826023/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2752/4220826023_0f31197973.jpg" alt="IMG_1916 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Since we were done with the shopping at EatonCentre, we decided to head to Scarborough Town Centre as there are some stores we want to go to but aren&#8217;t in Eaton Centre. At around 3PM we left.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1921 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221587700/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4015/4221587700_9a0cbb4531.jpg" alt="IMG_1921 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Still raining and at STC, tehre is no such thing as parking in a parking area&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1928 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220826637/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2548/4220826637_fa321dceba.jpg" alt="IMG_1928 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Just look at the cars parked on the road&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1935 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221588506/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4071/4221588506_7ae55405f8.jpg" alt="IMG_1935 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">STC is just as crowded as Eaton&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1945 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220827797/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2690/4220827797_f95d5fb295.jpg" alt="IMG_1945 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Urban Planet my friend wanted to go to. The paying line was just insane. It took a good 30 minutes to just line up and pay for clothes.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1951 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221589632/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2709/4221589632_2d1f7e26f8.jpg" alt="IMG_1951 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I went get shoes but sadly, I couldn&#8217;t get the shoe size I want as they sold out. Ah well, I was able to get a lot of other things. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">By this time, we deicded to head to dinner and then off to a movie at Fairview Mall for our 10:30PM showing of Sherlock Holmes. My boxing day ended at 1:30AM. So the entire day, I was up for a good 36 hours or more. I was dead tired when I got home and pretty much crashed when I got into my room.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>The Loot:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">With sales and shopping comes with spending. I spend quite a bit but worth the price I got them for. I got quite a bit of items over boxing day.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_1967 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4221673310/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4069/4221673310_729b2e50c6.jpg" alt="IMG_1967 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Memory cards went on sale during boxing day. The price for one was really cheap. So I decided to get some just in case for later uses.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Sandisk SD 8GB Memory Cards = $20CAD X 2</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Sandisk SD 16GB Memory Cards = $50CAD</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">With boxing day, games go on sale. With sales equals to cheap games. I got quite a few games during boxing day.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Movies are one of the most popular items besides TVs and electronics that goes on sale during boxing day. As you can see, I bought quite a few. <p><span style="color: #888888;">When I went to Steve&#8217;s music store during boxing day, I was able to get a guitar amp. To me it was a great deal. It was around a good $80 off from the original price which I say was an amazing deal.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Line 6 Guitar Amp = $126CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Original" title="IMG_1981 [whitebgvertical]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4220912317/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2694/4220912317_a07cd61576_o.jpg" alt="IMG_1981 [whitebgvertical]" width="500" height="750" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Well, I don&#8217;t talk much about my guitar as I&#8217;m still practicing and pretty much still a beginner. I needed a guitar stand for my Fender Mustang, so since I was at a music store, I just bought it as now I don&#8217;t need to keep it in my soft carrying case. I might one day put up some video or mp3 of me playing my guitar. Yes, I also do know that my Fender Mustang is Azusa from K-On guitar (same color too).</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Guitar stand = $30CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Total of boxing day shopping: $1068CAD</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Yes, I know, I spent as much as I do at conventions but all in 1 day of shopping. I went over this before as when I went to Japan and used over $1500CAD in one day of Comiket. I had a great time at boxing day and came back with some really great items. I&#8217;m pretty happy about my loot and since it&#8217;s still boxing week, more spending is coming!!!</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Well it&#8217;s almost December and time for me to post my loot of the month. Recently, there has been a huge sale in electronics and stuff in my area. I couldn&#8217;t help but buy some new loot!!! Not much anime related loot but a ton of computer related loot and game related loot. There was so many things to buy and I just emptied part of my wallet to get these stuff. My wallet is suffering of emptiness. Well, what did I get&#8230;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0973 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4145867862/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2537/4145867862_298688d0d1.jpg" alt="IMG_0973 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Game wise, I got quite a bit over the last few days. Some of them were nice deals too. For the Greatest Hits game, Best Buy had a sell on them for 2 for $40 CAD which I say is a nice deal. Well, time to add these games to the pile of un-played games which is increasing&#8230; </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Limited Edition Tekken 6 PS3 (Game, Artbook and Wireless Joystick):</strong> $160 CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Brutal Legend Xbox 360: </strong> $40 CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Wanted Xbox 360:</strong> $20 CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Ratchet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction PS3:</strong> $20 CAD<br />

</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0974 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4145108075/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2486/4145108075_c8b3ed6000.jpg" alt="IMG_0974 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Not only games were on sale. Computer stuff and memory cards were on sale too. I was able to get 3 memory cards but I was using one of them for my camera. I also got a new hard drive as my current one is getting full. They were sold a lot cheaper than it was regularly sold for. So I couldn&#8217;t help but get them. I&#8217;m going to install the hard drive soon.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>2TB Hard Drive:</strong> $192 CAD</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>3X 8GB Memory Cards:</strong> $14 each = $42 CAD<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0976 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4145868368/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2706/4145868368_34ffab1905.jpg" alt="IMG_0976 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got a new computer monitor too. A new wide screen 23 inch monitor. I was thinking of buying one for a while and with that sale that happened, i couldn&#8217;t help but buy one.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Samsung 23 Inch Monitor: </strong>$200CAD<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0979 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4145108741/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2705/4145108741_693365cabe.jpg" alt="IMG_0979 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">What&#8217;s a l0ot on an otaku blog with anime related goods. I was able to get some goodies earlier the week too. I finally got Xenosaga 3 Kos-Mos swimsuit figure and an Idolmaster petit Nendoroid.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">An otaku&#8217;s interests are not just figures and anime, but can go into gaming and other interests. Inside this EB Games bag is something I&#8217;ve been waiting for since I&#8217;ve heard of it coming out. Inside this bag is the &#8220;Prestige Edition&#8221; of the latest Call of Duty game by Infinity Ward, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. I&#8217;ve head that this game was the most anticipated game of 2009. As the fan of the series I totally agree. Well, here are my thoughts of the &#8220;Prestige Edition&#8221; of Modern Warfare 2.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0741 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4094895842/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2606/4094895842_5f401c56b1.jpg" alt="IMG_0741 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">My first impression when I say the huge box of the prestige edition was wow. At the time when I purchased this, I wondered if it was worth the $180CAD. Now after I opened it and played the game. I say it was worth it!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0742 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4094895892/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2441/4094895892_06f7e2f68a.jpg" alt="IMG_0742 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a> </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">The prestige edition contains the &#8220;Hard Edition&#8221; (A.K.A. The limited Edition) of Modern Warfare 2 and the Night Vision goggles.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0745 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4094135309/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2712/4094135309_aa8bf21ec3.jpg" alt="IMG_0745 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">The night vision goggles. These are fully functioning night vision goggles. The problem with them is that they require 5 AA batteries. I have tested these goggles and they work fine. Yuki is too small to use them sadly. Aside from that, this is actually a cool item.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0746 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/4094135349/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2587/4094135349_f07cda609c.jpg" alt="IMG_0746 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Inside the hard edition, it contains the actual game, a special illustration book of the areas and art of work of Modern Warfare and a hard metal case. I just love the cover art of the metal case of Modern Warfare 2.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">So far right now, I have completed the campaign of Modern Warfare 2. I moved on to the online multiplayer. Right now, it&#8217;s really fun and I&#8217;m addicted to it. I plan on doing a review about this game real soon. Now, back to more Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Extra note:</strong> I know I&#8217;ve been away lately. I&#8217;ve been busy with midterms and essays. I plan on doing more updates and also going to start something I call Week of shoots beginning next week. I most likely will have another post later this week. </span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Sorry for taking so long for posting my loot from Japan. It&#8217;s so massive that it&#8217;s taking forever to take pictures of it and it&#8217;s took forever to type out the list. I can&#8217;t even fit it all into one photo. It&#8217;s impossible, that&#8217;s how much stuff I did get and that&#8217;s how much loot I got right now. Compared to how much I spent <a href="http://koiaichaku.com/2008/08/29/the-overflowing-loot/">last year</a>, it&#8217;s like night and day. This is one long post on all my loot from Japan. So be ready, I do recommend it!!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">The format on how I did in this loot is the same way I do with all my trip and convention loot. All the prices are shown in Yen for this loot. I think that is the main reason it took forever to type this out as it is a massive amount of loot. Trust me, it&#8217;s extremely massive.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Figures:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0037 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899501156/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2554/3899501156_51dd06f6b1.jpg" alt="IMG_0037 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">When it comes to getting figures in Japan, I couldn&#8217;t help getting a few. Wonderfest there were figures being sold everywhere and in Akihabara, I can always find a deal. During this trip, I was able to find a ton of rare figures to great deals on figures. One of the figures in which I find hard to get is Alter Revy (Black Lagoon). I can find her on Ebay but she cost way too much. I was able to find Alter Revy at Lashinbang in Osaka. I was also able to get some good figures such as the Wonfes released Miku Hatsune Figma, not one, but two of them. I found an old figure such as a Ruri Hoshino figure from an old anime called Nadesico. Some figures Japan is such a great place to buy figures and I sure went all out when it came to figures this trip compared to last years trip.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Figure Count: 50</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 207238yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Okay, I do admit that I went a bit overboard during this trip. Over $2000CAD spent on figures alone, I went a bit overboard. Getting 50 figures is a bit much and I only counted the amount I got when writing this post. Still, I got some good figures and will be doing photo shoots on them real soon. One of my fav figures that I got during this trip is Alter Fate that is pretty hard to get for a good price. In Japan, figures I see for cheap cost so much online. Being able to find Revy figures in Japan was pretty amazing as I thought to myself when heading to Japan I wouldn&#8217;t be able to find a Revy figure but this trip, got 2 Revy figures and I found one fo the rarest figures around. Some hard finds cost a bit but worth the money. Now, time to figure out where to put them&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Model Kits:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0040 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898720303/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2664/3898720303_8461e496e1.jpg" alt="IMG_0040 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Going to Japan, I can&#8217;t help but get some Gundam models. Some of the model kits I barely fit into the box that I used for shipping. I consider only buying a bit but I never expected that I will go crazy. I even bought Tokyo Green Gundam Model. I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll be building that anytime soon or any of the model kits as soon as I finish the ones I have in my room already. Now adding these kits, I have 14 model kits that I have to build. Great&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Perfect Grade Wing Zero Custom &#8211; 6000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Master Grade Strike Freedom Full Burst &#8211; 5000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Master Grade Sazabi &#8211; 4600yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Master Grade Unicorn Gundam Titanum Finish &#8211; 3800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Master Grade Gundam Exia Ignition Mode &#8211; 3650yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Gunpla Green Tokyo Gundam RX78 &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Model Kit Count: 6</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 24550yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I got some good kits during this trip. One model kit that I wanted for a long time that I finally got was the MG Sazabi as since I was a kid. Now, I finally have it. Buying model kits in Japan is a lot better buying it here in Canada. As model kits here are sold for double the price or even triple the price. I&#8217;m pretty happy that I got some kits during this trip to Japan.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>DVD:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0042 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899501668/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2640/3899501668_f8f53223ea.jpg" alt="IMG_0042 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">When I went to Japan, I wasn&#8217;t planning on getting any DVDs, then I saw the price. When walking around in Japan, I found that most of the DVDs were pretty expensive. I only bought DVDs that were pretty cheap. I do say Lashinbang is one of the cheapest place to get DVDs and is where I got all of mine except the K-On Bluray.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky Star Volume 1 to 3 &#8211; 4000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">H2O Footprints in the Sand Volume 1 to 12 &#8211; 8000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Baldr Force Resolution Volume 1 to 4 &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Doujin Work &#8211; 1000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Tales of Phantasia Volume 1 to 3 &#8211; 3000yen</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">I got some nice DVDs durring this trip. Most were pretty cheap considering how much DVDs cost in Japan. I would had bough the entire set of Lucky Star if it wasn&#8217;t that expensive.  I bought the H2O DVD set cause I saw it for cheap. To me, it was a good deal and I do love the anime. Also was able to find a DVD of Mizuki Nana live concert. As some of you know, I am a Mizuki Nana fan and I couldn&#8217;t help but buy it. I believe this was the newest one out and I bought it for a good price. During my trip to Osaka, I bought the first volume of the K-on Blu-ray. I just bought it on random impulse. I had a lot of those throughout the trip.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a few CDs throughout this trip to Japan. I noticed when I was writing this post I left 2 CDs out of the photo as they were hidden under a ton of stuff. I decided to just add it to the list. The 2 CDs missing in the photo are Silver Forest Reincarnation and Candy Boy Bring Up&#8230;Love.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">I sure went overboard kind of on CDs. I somewhat had gotten into the Touhou music a while ago. I don&#8217;t listen to them a lot though compared to other music. Still, I bought quite a few of them and some I like and some I just bought cause the cover either looked nice or has a nice picture of my favorite characters from Touhou. Some of the Touhou CDs I bought at Melonbooks or over at Comiket when all the music circles appear on Touhou day of Comiket. When in Japan, I reminded myself that I needed to get myself a Mizuki Nana CD and an Uverworld CD as I&#8217;m a big fan. Sure enough, got both newly released CDs and they are both limited editions. I got the Girl Next Door CD as I was hooked on the theme song to the game Tales of Vs. It&#8217;s so cool. K-On CDs was a must on list to get in Japan. I bought all the CDs that was released at the time when I was in Japan. When I saw a Lucky Star character song pack, I just bought it without thinking. Also bought the Comiket special edition Nanoha Side and Fate Side CDs released at Comiket. I latter saw them in stores for double to triple the original price. I&#8217;m glad that I lined up in that insane line of Nanoha. Totally worth it. As a Vocaloid fan, I bought the Vocaloid CDs Supercell and the Project Diva Soundtrack as I was playing the Project Diva for the first half of the trip before switching to Tales of Vs. All the CDs were worth the money I spent. Time to listen to some.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Dakimakura:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0051 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898721659/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2429/3898721659_1b886aed7e.jpg" alt="IMG_0051 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got quite a few dakimakura during this trip. By far dakimakura&#8217;s are one of the most expensive items I bought on this trip. They are pretty expensive and usually they run for around 9000yen or above. I would love to by some of them or most of them but the price for one is just too much even for me.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky Star Konata and Kagami Dakimakura (from Kyoto Animation Shop) &#8211; 9000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A&#8217;s Fate Testarossa Dakimakura &#8211; 20000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Saki Nodoka Haramura &#8220;Smooth&#8221; Dakimakura &#8211; 10000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Code Geass R2 C.C. Dakimakura &#8211; 12000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Code Geass R2 Shirley Fenette Dakimakura &#8211; 12000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Zero No Tsukaima Louise (Got it in a grab bag) &#8211; 5000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">K-On Mio Akimaya pillow case &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Yuki Nagato and Haruhi Suzumiya pillow sheet with pillow &#8211; 4500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 76 Nanoha StrikerS Hotspring Bedsheet &#8211; 10000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Melanbook Dakimakura &#8211; 4000points (Not yen, but I used points)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Dakimakura Count: 10</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 75500yen + 4000points</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I got quite a bit of dakimakuras during this trip. One of I didn&#8217;t even need to pay for it at all. I used points saved up in my Melonbooks point card. You get points everytime you buy something and a point card holds the points. Then exchange points for goods. In my case, I saved 4000points (which is a lot) and got myself a free dakimakura. I love how the point cards work in Japan. Anyways, I was also able to get pre released stuff at Comiket. I got myself the pre released Saki and Code Geass Dakimakuras. I must thank <a href="http://aaroninjapan09.wordpress.com/">Aaron</a> and <a href="http://timkoh.info/">Tim </a>for helping me get these items. Something that I laughted about is the Saki Nodoka dakimakura. Aaron told me that they even put in the words &#8220;smooth&#8221; on the package. I was also able to get myslef a rare Fate daki but it cost me a good 20000yen for it and that hurt my wallet. I also found something I thought I never would find, an official Lucky Star daki. They sold it only at the Kyoto Animation store in Kyoto. I was able to go to the store and buy the dakimakura. I know a bedsheet isn&#8217;t classified as a daki, but it&#8217;s somewhat like it. Still, it was a good great at the Nanoha booth. Now the hard part. I have one pillow and 7 dakimakura&#8230;which one to use&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Manga:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0052 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899503034/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3445/3899503034_ce3509baaa.jpg" alt="IMG_0052 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">If you go to Japan and not get any manga, check you brain, something must be wrong. I bought quite a bit of manga for this trip and bought some manga that I need to finish some series I have. Also I can&#8217;t read Japanese, so why did I buy it. I will learn some Japanese soon, so this will be soon some great reading material. For now&#8230;I look at the pictures&#8230;</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 31740yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a bit. I do also know after buying the Lucky Star manga that there was such thing as a Gamer edition of the manga. I didn&#8217;t know that. I just bought it because it was Lucky Star. I also bought a few doujin manga. It&#8217;s still manga in a way. What I did get that was on my list unlike most of the manga I bought was the Nightmare of Nunnally manga. I bought volume one of the manga last year and now I finally completed the set. The manga ends at vol 5 I believe. A manga I couldn&#8217;t help but get is the To Love Ru manga. One look at the price of the manga, I couldn&#8217;t help but get all 15 volumes of the manga. Sadly, right now I just need the last volume to complete the set. I was able to get the petit nendoroid of Yuki Nagato with the bunny headphones. I wanted it since I heard it was out. I got that limited edition set with volume 3 inside for 2000yen and I got vol 1 and 2 for 800yen for both. I also did enjoy the Vocaloid manga and seeing that Kei did one too, I also couldn&#8217;t hold myself back. Now it&#8217;s time to figure out where to put all these manga.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Bought some good games and gaming accessories. I saw my Blazblue joystick is one of the good finds. Now I finally have a joystick for the PS3 that I can use.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Game Count: 13</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 45700yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got quite a few games this trip. I was able to get Touhou 12 and I have to say it&#8217;s so hard. It&#8217;s harder than the other games in the series. I would also add, Zun&#8217;s artwork is improving. Well, not going to dwell deep into it. I&#8217;ll talk more about Touhou later. I also got the new Touhou 12.3 which is an expansion to Touhou 10.5. It just adds a new interface and new characters with new stages and music. Overall, the same game but fun as hell. I got some official PS2 games too. I was able to get Melty Blood AA First Print Edition hours before I left Japan. I also got a PSP game called Tales of Vs. Being a Tales fan, I love this game and I am still playing it right now. It&#8217;s a really fun game once you get a handle of it. One of the biggest things I got was the Blazblue Joystick. I have to say, I need a Joystick nowadays. For some reason, I just can&#8217;t play with the controller anymore. I must had gotten used to playing it with a joystick in Japan arcades. Finally, on to the PS2 Trigger Heart. My main reason in buying it is that Nendoroid. It&#8217;s just so cute and so cool. I wanted it for a while but couldn&#8217;t get it as online sold it for an extremely expensive price and official online stores were sold out of it. So I&#8217;m pretty happy I got it in Kyoto when I found it. Some might think why did I get Type A. Well, Akihabara Channel is one of my favorite Japan English blogs besides Danny Choo. I read that he will be attending Comiket and selling his game. So I went and was also able to meet Kouji in person. It was pretty cool. Now, time to put the games into the pile of games I have yet to play.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Magazines:</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">I love to buy monthly mags. The thing is if I import them they cost a lot here. I rather just buy them there.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Megumi Magazine Special 10th Anniversary Edition &#8211; 990yen (x 2)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Megumi Magazine August 2009 Edition &#8211; 990yen</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 4990yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Some might ask why did I buy 2 of the special anniversary edition. Well, I got two cause I plan to use one and the other I keep and to be never opened. Gamers had a promotion going on that day and I bought 2 and it came with 2 posters. Which the posters are Nanoha and to promote the new movie that was coming out soon. Got some Newtype and the new Nyantype. I haven&#8217;t looked at them yet but when I do have time, I will look.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0063 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898723511/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2473/3898723511_0ab0f04525.jpg" alt="IMG_0063 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Monthly manga, I really never looked at them. Well, I bought them for 2 reasons. One, Lucky Star. Two, Nanoha. That&#8217;s pretty much of the reason.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Media Mix August Issue &#8211; 880yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Compace Sept Issue &#8211; 680yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky Star X Haruhi &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Monthly Manga Count: 3</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 3560yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I couldn&#8217;t help but buy like a small amount. Lucky Star being on the cover is a major factor. Also the Compace has Nanoha Vivo comic inside. I always wanted to see what is the Vivo comic is about.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Artbooks:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0064 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899504924/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3419/3899504924_693f241841.jpg" alt="IMG_0064 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">One thing I did in Japan is get a boat load of Artbooks. Stack them together in one box is a bad idea as they get really heavy. I learned that last year. I separate them to different boxes to lessen the cost of shipping.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 55550yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought a few artbooks. When heading to Japan, my goal was to get a few artbooks. I mostly wanted Nanoha artbooks as I&#8217;ma  fan of the series.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Wallscrolls:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0066 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898723925/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2445/3898723925_04e1414646.jpg" alt="IMG_0066 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0068 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899505386/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2622/3899505386_4f5aa6763e.jpg" alt="IMG_0068 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0071 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899505696/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2602/3899505696_6024d47a79.jpg" alt="IMG_0071 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got a few wallscrolls in Japan. I never thought I would buy this much as it is. Still, wallscrolls to me last longer than posters sometimes. So it was pretty worth it buying a few.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">C-ClayZ Aya Shameimaru Wallscroll &#8211; 12000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Touhou Cirno Wallscroll &#8211; 3000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Tony Taka Wallscroll &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Mahou Shoujo Lyeical Nanoha The Movie 1ST Wallscroll &#8211; 3000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Mahou Shoujo Lyeical Nanoha The Movie 1ST Fate Testarossa Wallscroll &#8211; 3000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Da Capo Side Story Wallscroll &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky or Unlucky Wallscroll &#8211; 1000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Wallscroll Count: 7</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 25500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I was thinking on getting a wallscroll or two in Japan. I didn&#8217;t expect myself getting this much. I was surprised at myself when I got the C-ClayZ Aya Shameimaru wallscroll. The wallscroll alone is bigger than me. It&#8217;s rare to see a wallscroll that is taller than you. I love it though, the art on it is amazing!!! Another wallscroll that I love is the Nanoha movie wallscrolls. The movie wallscroll with all the characters is from Comiket and it cost around 3000yen. The Fate wallscroll is also hard to get as well. I found it at Lashinbang in Ikebukuro and bought it without another thought. Now, I just need to figure out how to hang these wallscroll up.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Posters:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0072 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898724637/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3443/3898724637_4ef9bcb3d4.jpg" alt="IMG_0072 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0075 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899506146/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3470/3899506146_6807bec375.jpg" alt="IMG_0075 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought quite a few posters. Currently most of the posters I got are all rolled up and I&#8217;m unable to put them in the picture. It was hard enough unrolling the Kara No Kyokai posters as they took around a good 30 minutes to unroll and tape on the floor. I&#8217;ll just list the posters.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Kara No Kyokai Movie Posters (Movie 1 to 5) &#8211; 7500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket 76 Tony Taka Poster &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Trigger Heart Poster &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Senko No Ronde Poster &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">K-On Poster (x2) &#8211; 1600yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Exit Tune Poster &#8211; 1000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Rozen Maiden Poster &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Touhou Poster (Yuyuko and Youmu) &#8211; 800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Macross Frontier Poster (Ranka Lee and Alto Satome) &#8211; 1000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A&#8217;s DVD Posters (Vol 1 to 6) &#8211; 12000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A&#8217;s Portable Battle of the Aces Promo Poster &#8211; Free</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Kyoto Animation K-On Posters (x3) &#8211; 1500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">ToraDora Poster &#8211; 100yen (Won in UFO Machine)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Type-Moon Witch of the Holy Nights Poster &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Neon Genesis Evangelion 1.0 Poster &#8211; 300yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Poster Counts: 24</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 33800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought too many posters. It was hard enough to ship them back without having them damaged. I say the Nanoha A&#8217;s DVD posters cost quite a bit. Still, worth it as I&#8217;m a huge fan of the series. The K-On posters that came from Kyoto Animation in Kyoto are three different kinds. I was lucky to get all 3 of those posters. The plastic K-On posters are pretty nice and I got two of them. I got the movie posters of Kara No Kyokai at the movie theater when I watched the 7th Kara No Kyokai movie. It was pretty worth it but when carrying 6 posters back to the hotel was hell. Now, time to figure out where to put these posters on my wall&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Doujinshi:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0076 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899506268/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3484/3899506268_7978935f63.jpg" alt="IMG_0076 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #888888;">When it comes to Japan, buying some doujinshi is a major must. Since I can&#8217;t really name all these doujinshi. I can surely say that I got a ton. Also, I don&#8217;t remember who ordered a doujinshi by Lily Lily Rose. If you did, please email me so I can send you it.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Doujinshi Count: 87</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 78300yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I bought a ton of doujinshi this year. I think I doubled the amount I bought last year. I bought some popular circle doujins too. I got most of T2&#8217;s doujins during my trip and together I think they cost a good 11000yen. I think the only T2 doujin I&#8217;m missing so far is the Clannad T2 doujin. I also made it my goal to buy most of Plums doujins. Plum doujinshis mainly focus on the Nanoha series. Also most of their doujins are H but their art is just amazing! Got a few Miku doujinshi as well. I also went for some Touhou doujinshi. One of my fav circles does Touhou doujins too. LightRight does amazing art in their doujins. I love their cover art too. Most of these doujinshi that I got were mostly bought at Comiket or at Melonbooks. Comiket I consider is a cheap place to get doujins but the problem is that they don&#8217;t accept credit cards, cash only. Melonbooks I consider a great place to buy doujinshi as I buy quite a few doujins and has a ton of doujins always in stock too. Best of all, they accept credit cards. Either way, I love getting doujinshi in Japan compared to getting it here in Canada as it cost a ton.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Comiket Bags:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0086 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898726587/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2621/3898726587_d3978389e7.jpg" alt="IMG_0086 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Comiket always has bags that they give you along with your loot. It all depends which booth you go to or which dealer you go to. Also, it determines if they still have stock of the bags. It seems a lot of people in Japan who goes to Comiket cares about the bag they get with their loot and holds it in a way to protect it from Damage. I got quite a bit in Japan too. I got bags such as C-ClayZ bag, K-On offical bag, Tony Taka circle bag, Type-Moon bag, and many more. I got tons and carrying them throughout Comiket can get annoying and tiring, but totally worth the trouble. Most of these bags came with the loot I buy at Comiket and others some people give out to the crowd for free. I also like the doujin circle bags such as LightRight (The pink bag with Yuyuko on it at the top of the picture) as it was made differently. It was a fabric made bag. I just love Comiket bags!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Plushies:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0088 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899508056/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2566/3899508056_5ea9657499.jpg" alt="IMG_0088 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got plushies during this trip. Also I got a special plushie in Akihabara.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">GoodSmile Company Mascot Plushie &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky Star Kagami Hiiragi Plushie &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky Star Pig Kagami Plushie &#8211; 2000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Vocaloid Miku Hatsune Plushie &#8211; 2500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Vocaloid Miku Hachune Plushie &#8211; 2500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Touhou Cirno Plushie &#8211; 2800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Plushie Count: 6</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 13800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I got the GoodSmile Mascot in a store in Akihabara. A friend pointed out and when I saw it, i quickly bought it without thinking. It was the GSC mascot and when I saw a friend of my Len-Vesper has it, I couldn&#8217;t help but get my own. Also got some plushie at Comiket. At Comiket, GSC released the Vocaloid plushie and touhou plushie. I have to thank Aaron and Tim for helping me getting the plushies at Comiket. Last year at Comiket, I got myself a Konata plushie but didn&#8217;t get a Kagami one as they sold out of her. This year, i was able to get her in Kyoto Animate. It was a good find and now I got the set.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Rare Stuff:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0091 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899508360/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2580/3899508360_861b608214.jpg" alt="IMG_0091 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Rare stuff to hard to get stuff. I can&#8217;t really categorize this. All I can say, these are great things to have.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Signed Lucky Star Portrait &#8211; 10000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Cardcaptor Sakura Art Cell &#8211; 6800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Autograph art from Akihabara Festival &#8211; Free</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Rare Stuff Count: 3</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 16800yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Got some hard to find stuff in Japan. Something I never thought I find is the Cardcaptor Sakura cell art. I bought it without another thought as CCS holds a special place in my heart as it was the first anime that got me into anime. The Lucky Star portrait was found in Tokyo. I bought it was it was signed and it was Lucky Star. Most of the rare buys or all the rare buys are all just impulse buys I say.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Random Things and Comiket Goodies:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0093 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899508642/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3476/3899508642_97361ac97c.jpg" alt="IMG_0093 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0096 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899509004/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2591/3899509004_0ac7cc07a4.jpg" alt="IMG_0096 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">In Japan, you can get random things. People hand you things to you buying random things. I bought and got quite a few random things. The random Comiket stuff were Nanoha Tshirts, to Touhou towel to the MIO BOWEL.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 89500yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I spent a lot on random things. Comiket is mostly where I bought it. I got the Mio bowel at Comiket with a K-On set that came with K-On chopsticks, spoon and forks and Yui&#8217;s little clapping instrutment thing. I even got somewhat festival like clothes. I got Lucky Star Konata (in a wedding dress) festival clothes and K-On Ritsu as well. I would had gotten more but I decided not to as they cost around 8000yen each. The Blazblue loot consists of towels, fan and art book. I do like the towels though. Other loot like the Hidamari Sketch loot has a small book with a Tshirt and a cup. I also got Itashi car stickers. Comiket sold a lot but cost a lot. I only got 2, one that says Vocaloid System and the other having Remilia Scarlet from Touhou on it. I got these Wooden Plates that has these anime characters on it. Got around 20 of them lying around and I don&#8217;t know what they mean. If some does know, please tell me. When in Japan, people tend to hand out things. I got a ton of free fans just walking down Akihabara and a lot of people just give me these ads about some new game or anime coming out or even a sale. Some random things are promotional items that poeple give me. A cool random thing I bought was Touhou drinks. I did not drink them yet. As I&#8217;m scarred of openning it. I might open it someday but not at the moment. Time to figure out where to put all these random goodies!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Cards:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0112 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3898729627/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2465/3898729627_3751921244.jpg" alt="IMG_0112 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Some cards I got in Japan. I got some point cards which is pretty hard to get if you are a foreigner.I have to thank Tim for helping obtaining these point cards.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">K-On Promo cards (x8) &#8211; Free</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Code Geass Telephone Card (C.C. and Shirley) &#8211; Free</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Lucky and Unlucky Telephone Card &#8211; Free</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Weib Schwarz Nanoha Deck &#8211; 1400yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Total Cost: 1400yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I got the entire set of K-on promo cards. You can get one when you buy K-On goods at Gamers and Animate. You get one card for every 1000yen you send on K-On goods except for DVDs and CDs. I was albe to obtain the entire set  of K-On stuff. I also got telephone cards. These telephone cards came with things I by. The Code Geass ones came with my Code Geass dakimakura that I bought at Comiket. Point cards are one of the hardest things to get in Japan. To get a point card, you need an address in Japan, which as a tourist, you don&#8217;t have one. Thanks to Tim, I was able to get an Animate Point Card, a Melonbook Point Card, K-Book Point Card and a Gamers Point Card. Point cards are useful getting free stuff to saving money. I used my Melonbook point card a lot and was able to save up 4000points to get myself a dakimakura from Melonbooks. Having a point card is also pretty useful and makes a great souvenir. I got a deck of a card game called Weib Schwarz. My friend told me to play it with him but the thing is, I have no clue how to play it. My friend who has a limited knowledge of Japanese struggles to read the instructions but somehow we played a bit of it. I still don&#8217;t understand how to exactly play it.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Dollfie:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0107 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899510430/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2583/3899510430_391b3a34ba.jpg" alt="IMG_0107 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><a class="tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium" title="IMG_0109 [photos]" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/25686043@N03/3899510618/"><img class="alignnone" style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3472/3899510618_8148b09f04.jpg" alt="IMG_0109 [photos]" width="500" height="333" /></a></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">My most expensive item I got in Japan. I got myself a Yuki Nagato dollfie. A lot of people took a while to convince me to get one. Also I find compared to what my friends have, Yuki looks a lot better.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Volks Dollfie Dream Yuki Nagato &#8211; 60000yen</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I don&#8217;t really know how my friends convince me into buying this dollfie. I just got it. Oh well, I like her though. I would had got Fate dollfie as well but the price kinda turned me away and having 2 dollfie is a bit a much. I&#8217;m satisfied having Yuki. I don&#8217;t think many people have a Yuki dollfie. Now I gotta find a stand for her and a chair for her too.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Total Amount Spent on Loot: 878928yen</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I spent a lot for this trip to Japan this year. I did spend almost 900000yen during this trip to Japan. You can say I went a bit overboard for this trip, but I have no clue when would I ever go back to Japan. So I do say, spend now or never.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">Shipping hurts me. I spent a good 350000yen on shipping in Japan. Shipping 28 boxes home is expensive and I used EMS as it&#8217;s the fastest and safest way to ship. I know 28 boxes is a lot of boxes but I needed it as I don&#8217;t want a box costing me over 50000yen and being heavy as boxes do break if the content inside it is too heavy. So I separate them into many boxes.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;">I consider this loot is my largest loot to date. I mean, it&#8217;s massive. I don&#8217;t think I ever in my life spent that much in a month. Well, it was a trip and I kind of went out of control when it came to shopping in Japan. Now, with so much loot comes the total room reorganization. I have to clean my room as it is currently a mess&#8230;a giant mess. I hope I can fit everything in my room&#8230;</span></p>
